70 Seater Standard School Bus

These unique coaches are not available from any other coach company within a 35 mile radius of Whitby.

• All seats are fitted with three point seat belts.
• Two Classes and their teachers on one vehicle.
• Cost effective and safe.

The vehicles have been modified at Bluebird Specialist Vehicles of Scarborough and have been tested to Department of Transport standard.

One of the most strenuous tests for a modification of this type is the tilt test.

• This involves loading each of the 70 seats plus the drivers seat with the weight of an average adult
• The vehicle is the tiled to a legally required angle to either side to ensure the coach is stable and safe to travel on the road.
• Only then, is the vehicle issued with its certificate to travel on the road.
