Booking Terms and Conditions

The Small Print

The terms and conditions set out below shall exclude all other terms and conditions subject to any rights and liabilities imposed by statute or otherwise. Clients should note that bookings are only accepted by the company on this basis.

  1. The terms and conditions are incorporated into the contract between “The Company” and “The Client”. They may only be altered in a written statement signed by a Director in the company.
  2. The Company undertakes to use its best endeavours to operate the tours set out in the itinerary. The Company shall not be liable for any failure to perform any part of the tour if performance has been delayed, hindered or prevented by any circumstances whatsoever which are not within the control of the company. In the event of a tour being cancelled because of other circumstances then the monies paid in respect of the tour will be refunded. In these circumstances surrender of the company’s relevant receipt will be treated as evidence of entitlement to refund.
  3. Coaches are specially equipped with luggage boots and luggage may be carried in these compartments to the limit of one reasonably sized suitcase per person and this is carried at the owner’s risk. Small articles are entirely under the care of the passenger.
  4. No liability can be accepted for death or bodily injury caused unless such death or bodily injury is caused through our negligence and occurs whilst on, entering or dismounting from the coach owned or operated by the company.
  5. The company accepts no liability whatsoever for expenses, loss, damage or inconvenience of any kind unless it can be proved that it occurred through negligence of the company, its servants or its agents.
  6. Coach seats are booked according to plan, but the company reserves the right to alter the coach seating plan for any tour if necessary and allocate seats other than those originally booked.
  7. The company reserves the right to substitute other vehicles in certain circumstances.
  8. A deposit must accompany each reservation. Initial payments when booking, include he deposit, and where applicable Private Facilities, Sea View, Single Room Supplements and Ferry Accommodation.
  9. The Balance of payment of the holiday costs must be made no later than eight weeks prior to commencement for tours over 3 days and six weeks prior to commencement of tours of three days or less. Failure to do so will be considered breach of contract.
  10. CANCELLATIONS MUST BE IN WRITING. A Cancellation cannot be accepted until received in writing and relevant receipts submitted.
    1. On all pop concerts, day excursions, and day trips to shows payment must be made in full — no deposits will be accepted. Should a client cancel at any time a refund will only be given if the seats are resold and the coach goes full.
    2. On holidays, if a client cancels, the deposit will be forfeited. The deposit can be claimed through the insurance company, less the administration charge. If the client cancels less than eight weeks prior to departure, the following scale of charges apply: -
      • 43-56 days = 25%
      • 29-42 days = 35%
      • 15-28 days = 50%
      • 7-14 days = 65%
      • under 7 days = 100%
  11. The difference in the above scale rate is claimable through the insurance company (less their administrative charges) with our guidance. We strongly advise that the client checks the policy to make sure the claim is regarded as VALID before any unnecessary administration is undertaken. The company will make every endeavour to advise and help their clients but cannot take responsibility for those claims which are rejected.
  12. We reserve the right to reduce cost of holidays and concert tickets to create demand.
  13. If you wish to alter the booking after confirmation a charge of £5.00 will be made to cover administration.
  14. No liability will be accepted should a passenger be late at the pick-up point or cancel on the day of travel.
  15. If you happen to have a complaint this must be made in writing within eight days from your return.
  16. If you have a complaint whilst on tour it must be made either to the driver or the hotel whilst away.
  17. Every effort will be made to meet special requests. We regret however, we accept no liability for any failure to provide a special request which is not specified in the brochure and for which no supplementary payment has been made.
  18. Times quoted in our brochure are subject to alteration depending on alteration of ferry’s, planes etc.
  19. The company reserves the right to alter the day on which an excursion is done if it deems it is necessary.
  20. All monies are held in an independent financial trust, until completion of tour or mini break, for financial security.
  21. The price of your holiday is fully guaranteed and will not be subject to any surcharges except from those resulting from fuel, Government action, including additional bonding or licensing requirements and VAT. In all cases we reserve the right to pass these charges on in full. Surcharges will not be imposed within 30 days of departure.
